It seems like for many years now, people have started to embrace bolder colors, but backed off again. That does not seem to be the case for 2023…it seems like, homeowners are finally ready to go bold, they are picking up on current trends and becoming more experimental with their properties appearance & furnishings..The consensus is that we can expect to see lots of earthy tones, warm neutrals, pink hues, and more experimentation with rich, dark accents and pops of color throughout the new year!

Our personal fav, warm earthy tones are here to stay in 2023. Compared to the earthy colors that were popular in the 1990s, these shades have a more boho and mid-century modern feeling. Muted shades of terracotta, green, yellow, and plum will be popular choices for wall paint, furniture, and home décor. Warm neutrals embrace wellness and comfort. Not to mention, they can be incorporated into practically any design style. We are really excited to work with and bring this trend back into fashion because its always nice to stand out from the crowd!

In 2022, we saw interior designers and homeowners get increasingly comfortable experimenting with bold, dark colors, and designers expect that trend to continue into the New Year. “It’s all about rich tones for 2023—chocolate brown, brick red, dark jade. Auberge (rusty brown) is set to be a big color next year, which would make for a beautiful alternative to red. This can be paired with creams and greens for an unexpected yet still traditional-leaning combination.”

Dark colors have a depth to them that you can’t get from a pastel or a neutral. So, they’re creating these really satisfying designs that are a treat for the eyes. Predictions colors like charcoal, peacock, and ochre will also all have their moment in 2023.

Earthy and moody pink are also set to make an appearance, pink by nature is a color that promotes tranquility and healing, elegant and sophistication. It is no wonder that homeowners are now more receptive than ever to this rosy hue. It seems that 2023 is set to be quite the blushing year with rich mauves and dusty light pinks are the perfect way to add a glow to a room

Pastel colors, which include anything from cool blues and greens to warmer pinks and yellows, are all the rage in 2022 and won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. They appeal to a broad variety of individuals because they both add elegance and interrupt the monotony of white and beige by introducing a splash of color. Pastel colors provide a welcome break from the norm and attract the attention of guests; after all, who doesn’t want their house to be admired.

Mint green, and light purple will all be popular colors for walls, furniture, and accessories.
